Chưa đầy 1 tuần qua, Siêu bão số 3 (bão Yagi) đã để lại hậu quả đau thương cả về người, và của cho tất cả người dân các tỉnh miền Bắc Việt Nam. Tính đến nay, bão Yagi đã làm hơn 150 người chết và mất tích, hơn 700 người bị thương, hàng chục nghìn cây trồng, gia súc, gia cầm bị cuốn theo lũ.
Chưa đầy 1 tuần qua, Siêu bão số 3 (bão Yagi) đã để lại hậu quả đau thương cả về người, và của cho tất cả người dân các tỉnh miền Bắc Việt Nam. Tính đến nay, bão Yagi đã làm hơn 150 người chết và mất tích, hơn 700 người bị thương, hàng chục nghìn cây trồng, gia súc, gia cầm bị cuốn theo lũ.
Trước tình cảnh này, Chung tay vì Việt Nam phối hợp cùng các Hội nhóm người Việt trên toàn nước Mỹ khởi động Chiến dịch “Chung tay vượt bão Yagi- Yagi Storm Relief for Vietnam” để gây quỹ hỗ trợ cho người dân các tỉnh thành đang chịu thiệt hại nặng nề như Thái Nguyên, Yên Bái, Lào Cai, Phú Thọ, Quảng Ninh, Hải Phòng.
Khoản tiền đóng góp từ chiến dịch sẽ tập trung vào:
- Hỗ trợ khẩn cấp trước mắt: Lương thực, nhu yếu phẩm cơ bản,...
- Hỗ trợ phục hồi sau lũ: sửa trường học, cầu, hỗ trợ cây giống, gà giống cho chăn nuôi,...
Toàn bộ khoản đóng góp sẽ được chuyển trực tiếp đến tận tay các hộ gia đình bị ảnh hưởng nặng nề thông qua các đầu mối thiện nguyện uy tín tại Việt Nam như Support Young Scholars (SYS), Báo Tuổi trẻ, Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation,…

In just a few days, Typhoon No. 3 (Typhoon Yagi) has unleashed devastation across northern Vietnam. Over 150 people are dead or missing, more than 700 are injured, and entire livelihoods have been destroyed—crops, livestock, and homes lost in the floods. These communities are in desperate need of help.
In response to this devastating situation, "Chung tay vì Việt Nam" (Unite for Vietnam), together with Vietnamese communities across the U.S., is launching the “Chung tay vượt bão Yagi - Yagi Storm Relief for Vietnam” campaign to urgently raise funds for those in the hardest-hit provinces like Thái Nguyên, Yên Bái, Lào Cai, Phú Thọ, Quảng Ninh, Hải Phòng, etc.
The people in these regions are facing unimaginable loss and suffering. Entire communities have been ravaged, homes destroyed, and livelihoods shattered. They need your help now more than ever.
Your contributions will provide:
- Immediate life-saving relief: food, clean water, and essential supplies for survival, etc.
- Long-term recovery aid: rebuilding schools and bridges, restocking crops, and livestock to help families regain their livelihood, etc.
